Ed Jacovino has been a fixture at the state capitol for the past four years, covering the legislature and politics for the Journal Inquirer. Ed left recently for a job with United Technologies in Farmington and will be missed around the building. His replacement is Mike Savino who has been with the JI since 2011 and most recently covered courts.
