An additional two reporters have resigned from the Record-Journal, bringing to six the number of newsroom workers since June who have left the Meriden daily. Dave Moran, the town hall reporter in Wallingford had his last day on Sept. 29. Leslie Hutchison, Southington town reporter, leaves on Oct. 14. Both have been hired by Patch.com. Moran will cover Manchester and Hutchinson will cover Cheshire.
