CT-N’s Diane Smith will host the network’s Budget Day telecast starting at 9:30 a.m. The anticipated customary budget preview from the Office of Policy and Management will appear in its entirety, followed by Governor Malloy’s budget address to the General Assembly at Noon(time approximate) and reactions from Republican and Democratic legislative leaders. Other invited guests will provide background and context on the governor’s proposed budget and the ongoing budget process.
