Barry Sacks, a long-time producer at Bristol based ESPN and an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University, died this weekend following a heart attack at the age of 63.
Sacks was a founding producer of SportsCenter and Game Day. He joined Quinnipiac as a professor in the Master’s program in sports journalism and taught production and broadcast courses.
