Tonight the Lamont for Governor campaign is announcing that Ted Kennedy, Jr., a Branford resident, is endorsing Ned Lamont over Dan Malloy in the Democratic primary. This is a big story for a few reasons: the fact that Kennedy is not waiting to see who wins the outcome of the Democratic primary, and because more than a few people are watching Kennedy to see whether he may eventually jump into Connecticut’s political waters himself. So for all you reporters on the campaign trail who thought you already had your hands full, here’s Friday’s story (which is when the Kennedy radio and TV ads start airing).
