Photographer Brian Elba (standing in blue shirt) received a proclamation from the Speaker of the House at a capitol press conference. He’s retiring from WFSB after 36 years. Brian is not only a great photog but one of the most enjoyable people you could ever spend time with. Susan Raff (also pictured above) worked with Brian regularly and will surely miss him, as will all who worked with him. Job well done, Brian. And we mean that, man!
