CTMirror.org is expanding its coverage beyond policy and politics to include arts and culture.
The Mirror has hired Lucy Gellman as arts editor. She will lead a team of freelance journalists covering the arts in Connecticut and she will contribute content of her own. According to the Mirror’s announcement:
“Gellman…served as editor of The Arts Paper at the Arts Council of Greater New Haven from 2017 to 2026, helping transform it from a monthly print publication into a digital daily. Before that, she spent three years as the New Haven Independent’s Arts & Culture reporter. She has also worked in radio, at the Yale University Art Gallery and as a freelance writer.”
