Channel 3’s move out of Hartford to the suburbs a few years back left the station without a base in Connecticut’s capitol city. Now comes word that WFSB is opening a Hartford Bureau at the Connecticut Science Center. Reporter Len Besthoff, who’s been with the station since 2002, has been named Bureau Chief.
Smart move.
