Susan Campbell, freelancer for The Hartford Courant, posted a column she submitted to the Courant for publication in Sunday’s issue. The Courant won’t print it, however, citing a shift in focus to the coronavirus, according to Campbell.
In her column, Campbell comments on the New York hedge fund group Alden Global Capital and the role it plays in the unfortunate growth of informational and accountability voids known as “news deserts.”
