Paul Cicarella (R- North Haven) explains how they’re trying to tackle a broad range of issues from business development to child safety.

Property owners aren’t the only ones hoping for a tax break this year. Paul Kidwell, Senior V.P. of the Connecticut Hospital Association, walks us through the deal they’re trying to make to keep hospitals stable in the face of potential Medicaid cuts and rising healthcare costs.
