We’re taking a closer look at the energy bill passed this legislative session. Ratepayers can expect a slight decrease in their bills starting July 4. Although the bill had bi-partisan support, lawmakers on both sides agree there is a lot more work to do. Rep. Matt Blumenthal (D-Stamford) and Sen. Ryan Fazio (R-Greenwich) weigh in on what comes next.
