Two journalists have joined the newsroom at The Hartford Courant:
Amanda Blanco has joined the Courant as a general assignment reporter. Amanda recently completed a digital media internship at Newsday on Long Island. She is a graduate of Princeton University and the Columbia School of Journalism.
Leslie Cory, a fellow with the Solutions Journalism Network, is the new Senior Content Editor for Community Engagement and Opinion. Leslie taught at Colorado State University and work with the Investigative Reporting Program at U.C. Berkley.
