In case you missed it…The New York Times published a story over the weekend featuring the Griswold Inn in Essex.
The story is part of a series on travel and America’s 250th birthday and centers on the importance of taverns in the formation of the country. Writer Liza Weisstuch visited seven taverns that are “as old as America.”
