Former WTNH meteorologist Geoff Fox has used his Facebook page to update friends and fans on his fight against cancer. Recently, doctors have detected new growths and he has grown too weak for most treatments. So, Fox says, he has “made the logical decision” to begin home hospice care.
Fox said a nurse visits his home once a week. He is not in any pain now, but in anticipation of the pain increasing he has drugs available to make him comfortable and allow him to stay at home. In a second post, he said there is no way of knowing right now how long he will survive.
