Bill Flood, who has been an assignment editor with Fox 61 for the last eight years, has joined the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection as a media relations manager.
The DEEP position had been advertised earlier this year and from our personal experience, we can attest that the department has made a good decision in recruiting Bill for the job. He knows the Connecticut news media and you might say he is DEEP-ly fluent in the wide variety of communications channels and techniques necessary to navigate today’s media landscape.
