Chronicle Publisher Dies

Kevin  Crosbie, the 52 year old publisher of the Willimantic Chronicle, has died. According to his brother, he died of a heart attack overnight. Crosbie became publisher of  The Chronicle in 1992, succeeding his mother, Lucy Crosbie. Lucy’s Crosbie’s great-great-grandfather founded the daily in 1877. Kevin Crosbie represented the fifth generation to lead the paper.
